Prof. DI Dr Hans Lercher

Hans' first degree was in engineering management for telematics. With his doctoral thesis he began his involvement with the subject of innovation management and he now has more than 20 years of experience in the field. For many years, Dr. Lercher has been a consultant to companies and entrepreneurs across Europe, and he is a sought-after speaker and lecturer on the topic. He works as a researcher and teacher at several third-level institutions in Europe. He designed the Innovation Management degree programme at CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences in Graz, and has been head of this programme since its inception. As an entrepreneur he has founded six companies. His interests and activities focus on business model innovations, system and process design, strategy development, innovation generation, and coaching and training for managers. Hans is also a member of various political and industrial advisory councils.

Mag. dagmar lercher

Dagmar is a work-, economic- and organizational psychologist. After more than ten years as a senior consultant in HR Consulting, she was responsible for personality and leadership development in a business administration program at a University of Applied Sciences. In parallel, she founded several companies. Her passion is the accompaniment of individuals and companies in development and change processes. As a consultant, lecturer, trainer and coach with a systemic focus, she identifies and develops innovative minds, supports companies on their way to a culture of innovation, identifies customer needs and trains creativity techniques. Dagmar has teaching assignments at various universities in Austria.

Mag. Thomas Herzog, MBA

Thomas can draw on his long and successful career in the automotive industry. He originally studied marketing and has several qualifications in QM. He will soon complete an Executive MBA Postgraduate Management at Vienna University of Economics and Business. But much earlier, he began his professional career in the QM department of a big American automotive supplier. His job took him to many continents. A switch to a new company in 2010 involved becoming the head of two foreign subsidiaries of a big European automotive supplier, in charge of 1,700 employees. Finally, he was the leader of the group’s largest business unit with 10 locations in Europe and about 6,000 employees. After more than 20 years in management, Thomas switched to consulting in 2014, using his accumulated knowledge and experience for the benefit of clients. His focus is on the improvement of processes and enterprises.

Dr. Adelheid Kresitschnig

After studying environmental systems science with a focus on business administration and a doctorate in the field of adult education, she trained u.a. to the Systemic Coach. Adelheid has over 10 years of HR experience in various business companies. Her field of activity ranged from personnel development with a focus on management development, to personnel management and international HR management. Adelheid has been working as an HR consultant since 2012, focusing on personnel development for companies. At BIG she is responsible for customer needs assessment and creativity training.

Dipl. Päd. Claudia Schörgi, MSc

Claudia is originally from the pedagogy and has many years of experience in the field of potential development. After further studies as a psychological counselor, she dedicated herself to the education and training of adults. Personality development and potential development are your passion. In this context, she looks after and accompanies individuals as well as companies and organizations from various fields. Her focus is on organizational development, process support as well as resilience reinforcement and coaching for executives

Prof. DI Dr. Börge Kummert

Börge has a first degree in engineering management for mechanical engineering. While studying for his doctorate, he also took his diploma as a controller (management accountant) and started a consulting business along with colleagues, where he worked for six years. Since 2006 he has been a professor at the degree programme in Innovation Management at Campus 02 in Graz, and is also known in many companies as an enthusiastic trainer and innovation consultant. Since 2009 he has been chairman of the Austrian TRIZ Competence Centre. His main subjects are innovation controlling, introduction of innovation management in SME, generation of innovations using creativity techniques and especially TRIZ.

Prof. DI Dr. Michael Terler

Michael has degrees in mechanical engineering and business. In the course of his doctoral project at the Montanuniversität Leoben he acquired a deep understanding of customer orientation and customer satisfaction. He has many additional qualifications, for example as a certified TRIZ Innovation Master, Quality Officer and Auditor. Michael has teaching engagements at several third-level institutions in Austria. Since 2008 he has been a professor at the degree programme in Innovation Management at Campus 02 in Graz. The main topic he works on are innovation in business models, identification of customer needs and generation of ‘pictures of the future’.
